Yes! 60%-70% of the time, we should be able to repair your appliance on the first visit. Our technicians carry the everyday common, universal parts that tend to break often. In the event that your appliance requires parts that need to be ordered, we can obtain them within 1-7 business days. 

Honesty is the best policy, which is why an accurate quote is given to you only upon inspection of the unit in need of repair. Without inspecting your appliance and running a full diagnostic, it is impossible to quote an exact price. The cost of repair depends on a lot of different factors, including appliance type, brand, age, modification, specifications, cost of parts, etc. Beware of the companies that quote you a price of repair without ever having a look at the appliance and professionally inspecting it. You could be overpaying. 

According to our experience, in most cases, older appliances are more reliable and are of better quality than newer ones. The cost of repair with a newer appliance is often significantly higher due to higher cost of parts and lack of availability. Considering that the cost of new appliances is considerably higher than a repair, in most cases, it pays to fix them. After performing an inspection of your unit, our experienced appliance repair technician will advise you whether you are better off fixing your appliance or buying a new one. 

Faulty valves, malfunctioning water lines, and clogged filters are all common issues we can quickly repair. Periodic cleaning of your drain hose can help.  Also, remember to change the water filter regularly as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Sometimes, expert advice over the phone can win the day for you!
